Personal Statement

Variety in aesthetic, discipline and interest: A mindset that I will always uphold in my continued pursuit of becoming a well-rounded designer. Along the way, I have learned that all great things have been created by teams of like-minded individuals who seek to execute a singular vision; an environment in which I thrive, grow in, and long to be a part of. My skills have been put to the test professionally in a variety of scenarios, the constant always being the importance of translating a design into a 3D representation. Because of this, my process has evolved to embrace realizing my thoughts into a 3D form as quickly as possible.

My name is Kevin Smit from Lake Placid, Florida. Along with pursuing self improvement in all aspects, I am a citizen of the USA and The Netherlands, a car guy, sneaker-head, watch enthusiast, and a proud husband.
